1. Copyright Ownership

All written articles, photographs, videos, graphics, and other materials published on Limitless Media News (limitless-news.com) and our official mobile apps are the exclusive property of Limitless Production Group LLC, unless otherwise noted.

Our content is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Share links to our news stories, social posts, or embedded videos for informational or non-commercial purposes.

  • Quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) from our articles with clear attribution to Limitless Media News and a working link to the original source.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Licensing & Reprint Requests

Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible but may take 3–5 business days.

5. Attribution Requirements

If permission is granted for republication, all materials must include:

  • Full credit line:

  • A hyperlink to the original article (for online use)

  • The reporter’s or photographer’s byline, if applicable

6. Use of Trademarks and Logos

The Limitless Media News name, logo, and branding elements are trademarks of Limitless Production Group LLC.
They may not be used, altered, or reproduced without prior written authorization. Approved partners and advertisers must adhere to official brand guidelines provided by our team.

7. Partner & Media Syndication

Limitless Media News offers syndication opportunities for organizations, broadcasters, and publishers who wish to republish or distribute our original news content. Syndication helps expand access to trusted, community-based reporting across the Twin Cities metro and beyond while ensuring proper credit to the original source.

We provide several syndication formats and licensing options to suit your needs:

A. Single-Use License

Outlets may license individual articles, photos, or videos for a one-time republication.

  • Must include full attribution and a link to the original article.

  • Ideal for local government newsletters, educational publications, or community partners.

B. Monthly or Ongoing Syndication

Regional news outlets or partner organizations may obtain ongoing rights to republish select stories from Limitless Media’s coverage areas (Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, Rosemount, and surrounding communities).

  • Includes up to five articles per month or custom-tier access.

  • Stories must be published with the original byline and a visible link to Limitless Media News.

C. Content Feeds & Aggregation

Approved media partners may use our RSS or XML content feed to automatically access the latest headlines or full-text stories under a negotiated licensing agreement.

  • Integration available for broadcast, online, or municipal information sites.

  • Content attribution and backlinking are required.

D. Photo & Video Licensing

Certain original photos, video clips, and graphics produced by Limitless Media and our freelancers may be licensed separately for editorial, broadcast, or promotional use.

  • Usage terms, duration, and attribution requirements will be detailed in the license agreement.

E. Co-Published or Sponsored Features

We occasionally collaborate with community organizations, local governments, or nonprofits on co-branded feature stories or awareness campaigns.
These partnerships are handled on a case-by-case basis through written agreements.

8. Reporting Unauthorized Use
