Man Charged In 2021 Dakota County Criminal Sexual Conduct Case Now In Custody After Warrant Issued

DAKOTA COUNTY MN: A 29-year-old man is in custody after a warrant was issued in connection with a criminal sexual conduct case that was originally charged in 2021, according to a Dakota County criminal complaint and court records.
According to the complaint, Toddrick Nez is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving force or coercion.
The complaint alleges that between Sept. 2 and Sept. 3, 2020, in Dakota County, Nez engaged in sexual penetration with another person and used force or coercion to accomplish the act.
