Eagan Police Seek Public's Help Identifying Suspect in I-35E Road Rage Shooting

EAGAN MN: The Eagan Police Department is asking for the public's help as investigators continue working to identify the suspect involved in a road rage shooting that occurred Friday evening on Interstate 35E.

According to police, investigators are looking for a 2010–2014 white Ford F-150 four-door pickup truck with several distinctive features, including black door handles, gray rocker panels, a black tonneau cover, and visible rust around the driver's side rear wheel well/fender.

The driver is described as a White male with long dark hair.

Police said the truck was last seen traveling northbound on Interstate 35E near Lone Oak Road after the shooting.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:16 p.m. on July 11, when Eagan police and the Minnesota State Patrol responded to reports of a road rage incident on Interstate 35E near Deerwood Drive. During the incident, one driver allegedly fired multiple rounds at another vehicle.

No one was struck by the gunfire, but the victim's vehicle was damaged by bullets. Interstate 35E has since reopened, and the investigation remains active.
