ORIGINAL STORY - EAGAN, MINNESOTA: Around 9:50 AM on Monday, June 15, 2026, Eagan Police issued a Shelter-in-Place tied to police and fire activity in the area of the Eagan Gardens Apartments in the 4100 block of Rahn Road. This appears to be tied to a possible mental health incident. It appears that northbound Rahn Road is being closed in this area.

Eagan Police are asking people to please stay away from doors and windows until an all-clear message is issued.

This is still developing, but please allow emergency personnel space to continue with their work.
