EAGAN, MN - October 30th, 2026, marked four years since Bryce Borca, then 23 years old, disappeared in Eagan, Minnesota, following a night out with friends.
Despite extensive searches involving law enforcement, emergency personnel, friends, family members, and hundreds of community volunteers, Borca has not been located, and no significant new developments have been publicly reported in the case.
Borca was last seen during the early morning hours of October 30, 2022, after spending the previous day with friends in Stillwater, Minnesota.
According to information previously released by Eagan Police, Borca and his friends returned to Eagan in a rideshare vehicle around 2 a.m. The group was dropped off near Coachman Road and Yankee Doodle Road.
Borca reportedly decided to walk home to his apartment, located approximately two miles east of where the group had been dropped off. However, he reportedly began walking west toward Highway 13 and the Minnesota River Valley.
At approximately 2:45 a.m., one of Borca's friends received a FaceTime call from him. During the call, Borca appeared to be lost and was reportedly walking through tall grass and repeatedly falling.
His friend believed he may have been near a marshy area west of Highway 13, near Yankee Tavern and the railroad tracks.
The call ended when Borca's phone reportedly died. He has not been heard from since.
Following his disappearance, Eagan Police and assisting agencies conducted extensive searches throughout the surrounding area, including near the Eagan Police Gun Range, Blue Cross and Blue Shield property, and nearby wooded and marshy areas.
On October 31, 2022, approximately 250 volunteers gathered to assist in the search. Friends, family members, and strangers came together in what Eagan Police Chief Roger New later described as one of the largest community turnouts he had witnessed for a missing-person search.
Despite the extensive efforts, Borca was not found.
Now, four years later, his disappearance remains unresolved, with no publicly known significant developments providing answers about his whereabouts.
Anyone with information regarding Bryce Borca's disappearance is encouraged to contact the Eagan Police Department.
