OAKLAND CALIFORNIA:— Hidden Valley is putting a spooky spin on its classic ranch dressing just in time for Halloween.

The company is introducing a limited-edition black version of Hidden Valley Original Ranch, featuring the familiar creamy ranch flavor with a Halloween-inspired dark appearance.

According to Hidden Valley, the black ranch gets its spooky color from a blend that includes fruit juice and cocoa and contains no artificial flavors.

The Halloween edition will also come in a glow-in-the-dark bottle designed for the season.

Hidden Valley says the limited-edition ranch is coming soon to Walmart and is being marketed as a Halloween-themed dip and topping for foods including pizza, wings and other snacks.

The product will only be available for a limited time.
