Saint Paul Man Faces Felony Charges of Child Solicitation, Prostitution, and Domestic Assault

SAINT PAUL MN: — A 27-year-old Saint Paul man is facing four felony charges—including child solicitation, engaging in prostitution with a minor, and domestic assault by strangulation—following a criminal complaint filed on June 5, 2026, in Ramsey County District Court.

According to court documents, Nathan Ryan Meadows, born November 18, 1998 has been charged in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred earlier this year.

The criminal complaint outlines the following four felony counts:

  • Count I: Prostitution-Engage 16 to 17 Year Old The complaint alleges that on or about January 8, 2026, Meadows engaged in prostitution with an individual between the ages of 16 and 17. This charge carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.

  • Count II: Domestic Assault - By Strangulation Meadows is accused of assaulting a family or household member by strangulation during the same January 8, 2026 incident. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 3 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, or both.

  • Count III: Solicit Child or Believe to be a Child Through Electronic Communication to Engage in Sexual Conduct Prosecutors allege that between May 19 and May 28, 2026, Meadows utilized the internet and electronic communication systems to solicit a child, or someone he reasonably believed to be a child, to engage in sexual conduct. This offense carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.

  • Count IV: Engage in Electronic Communication Relating or Describing Sexual Conduct with Child Stemming from the same late-May timeframe, Meadows faces a fourth felony count for allegedly using electronic devices to engage in communication relating to or describing sexual conduct with a child, or an individual he believed to be a child. The maximum penalty is 5 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.

All charges are merely accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
