As of the writing of this update, the sentencing hearing for this plea is still pending, though an amended criminal complaint in a separate case of Hahn’s states that the court accepted the guilty plea and entered the judgment of conviction. EAGAN, MINNESOTA: Over the weekend, Eagan Police stopped a vehicle on westbound Cliff Road at Blackhawk (Galaxie Avenue), which led to the arrest of a man wanted on a felony warrant for threats of violence. The Eagan Police Department confirmed that around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, officers pulled over a black pickup truck and identified the driver as 30-year-old Anthony Michael Hahn.
Court records from the Dakota County Attorney’s Office indicate that Hahn had an active felony warrant related to an incident on March 4th in Burnsville. Following the warrant's confirmation, Burnsville Police took Hahn into custody. He is scheduled for his first court appearance today, Monday, March 10th, at 1 p.m. in Hastings, Minnesota.

According to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, Hahn is charged with one count of Threats of Violence (Intent to Terrorize) under Minnesota Statute 609.713.1. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of up to five years in prison and/or a fine ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.

The case stems from a March 4th report of threats of violence made in Burnsville, Minnesota. The victim reported that he had sent her a series of disturbing and violent messages, including a death threat. Law enforcement reviewed an audio recording in which Hahn allegedly made graphic threats, including harming the victim with a butane torch and watching her suffer.
The victim provided the recording to authorities, along with harassing text messages from Hahn. When questioned by police, Hahn initially claimed the recording was old and that he had apologized. However, he later admitted, “I do hope she dies honestly.”
