Just after midnight on April 29, 2022, several police agencies are helping search for a person who is suspected of fleeing from the police in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.

Law enforcement has issued an Amber Alert and is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 2-year-old boy from the city of Westport, MN.

Just after 5 PM this evening, the Minneapolis FBI confirmed they had found the young woman, identified as 30-year-old Azaria McKenzy Sandifer, who was kidnapped around 12:15 PM on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at gunpoint. The suspect who kidnapped her is identified as Derrick Jonathan Fasig, 27-years-old.
