SAINT PAUL MN: Como Park Zoo & Conservatory was evacuated Saturday after staff received a report that a bomb had been planted somewhere on the grounds, according to zoo officials.

Law enforcement officers conducted a thorough search of the zoo and conservatory grounds. After completing the search, authorities determined there was no credible threat and gave the all-clear.

Although no explosive device or threat was found, Como Park Zoo & Conservatory announced it would remain closed for the remainder of the day.

"The safety of our visitors, employees, volunteers, and animals remains our highest priority," zoo officials said in a statement.

Officials also thanked the Saint Paul Police Department for its swift response and praised guests and staff for their cooperation during the evacuation.

No injuries were reported, and the incident remains under investigation.
