Burnsville Man Charged With First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct In Hennepin County

HENNEPIN COUNTY MN: A Burnsville man has been charged in Hennepin County with first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a victim under the age of 14.
According to the criminal complaint, 28-year-old William Henry Hall was charged with one felony count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a fine ranging from $12,000 to $40,000, along with conditional release if convicted.
The complaint alleges that on or about May 16, 2026, in Hennepin County, Hall engaged in sexual penetration with a victim under the age of 14 who was more than 36 months younger than him.
Hall is charged under Minnesota Statute 609.342.1a(e).
Defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
