ORIGINAL STORY - FARMINGTON, MN: A large law enforcement presence, including SWAT, is currently active in a Farmington neighborhood Saturday evening, April 4, 2026, as officers respond to an ongoing incident tied to an active warrant.
According to the Farmington Police Department, officers are on scene in the 18400 block of Exodus Avenue and are asking the public to avoid the area for safety reasons.
Authorities have confirmed the situation remains active, with multiple agencies assisting. In addition to local officers, law enforcement from surrounding communities, including Burnsville and Eagan, as well as the Minnesota State Patrol, are reportedly on scene. Additional agencies are also on scene.
