Farmington Fire-Rescue Seeking Information After Grass Fire Near 12th Street and 220th Street

FARMINGTON MN: Farmington Fire-Rescue is asking for the public’s help following a grass fire reported Thursday afternoon in Farmington.

According to a public notice shared by the department, the fire was reported around 4:20 p.m. on May 14 in the area of 12th Street and 220th Street.

Fire officials said they are looking for anyone with information that could help determine what caused the fire and help prevent future incidents.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Farmington Fire-Rescue at 651-280-6940 or contact their local law enforcement agency. Information can also be emailed to hwalker@farmingtonmn.gov.

Officials said even small details could help investigators.
