Endangered Missing Person - Caitlyn Rose Clark - Has Been Found and is Safe!

ORIGINAL STORY - BLOOMINGTON & EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Law enforcement and family members are asking for the public’s help locating Caitlyn Rose Clark, who has been reported missing and is considered medically endangered, according to information released by her family.
She was dropped off initially in Eagan, Minnesota, on December 30, 2025. She was last seen around 2 p.m. on December 31, 2025, at the Mall of America in Bloomington.
Clark is described as a Native American female, standing approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 115 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair with red tips. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, a pink jacket, tan or gray pants, and brown boots.
According to a missing person poster shared with Limitless Media, Clark was last seen with Candaice “Deval” Winston and an African American male. No additional identifying details about the individuals have been released.
Clark is originally from the White Earth Reservation in the Pine Point area of northwestern Minnesota. Family members and law enforcement stress that her disappearance is out of character and that her medical status makes locating her quickly a priority.
The Eagan Police Department is assisting in the investigation. Anyone who has seen Clark or has information that may help locate her is urged to contact Eagan Police at 651-675-5700.
