Oakdale Man Charged with Second-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY: An Oakdale man faces felony sexual assault charges in Washington County District Court following allegations of illegal sexual contact with a minor.
Ever Antonio Aguilar Hernandez, 46, of Oakdale MN, was charged via Summons criminal complaint with two felony counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court filings, prosecutors allege the offenses occurred between Sept. 1, 2025, and May 16, 2026. The charges center on allegations of unlawful sexual contact involving a victim under the age of 16 in instances where the defendant held a significant relationship with the minor.
