Dakota 911 Reports Non-Emergency Phone Service Disruption

DAKOTA COUNTY: 4PM Update: Service is restored
Dakota 911 is reporting a disruption affecting its non-emergency telephone service.
Officials said residents who have an emergency should continue to call 911, which remains available for emergency calls.
For non-emergency requests while the phone issue is ongoing, Dakota 911 is asking the public to submit requests through its online service request portal at Dakota911mn.gov.
No additional information was immediately available regarding the cause of the outage or when normal non-emergency phone service is expected to be restored.
