SOUTH SAINT PAUL MN: A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself in public near a business in South St. Paul, including in the presence of a minor, according to a Dakota County criminal complaint.
According to the complaint, Albert Bentley, DOB: 10/10/1964, is charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident on or about May 2, 2026, in South St. Paul, Dakota County, Minnesota.
One of the indecent exposure charges alleges Bentley willfully and lewdly exposed his private parts after having prior convictions for the same offense. The second indecent exposure charge alleges the conduct occurred in the presence of a minor under the age of 16, also with prior convictions.
According to the criminal complaint, a reporting party told law enforcement they were driving when they observed Bentley with his pants pulled down, exposing his penis. The reporting party described the incident as concerning, upsetting, and disgusting, and noted concern due to the time of day and Bentley’s proximity to a nearby Dairy Queen.
The complaint further states that Bentley has prior convictions for indecent exposure, including a September 12, 2016 conviction in Dakota County and a May 8, 2023 conviction in Anoka County.
