SAINT PAUL MN: Police are asking for the public’s help after a woman was found with life-threatening injuries Monday evening near the intersection of Rice Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Officers with the Saint Paul Police Department responded just before 6:30 p.m. on February 16 and located a woman lying in the roadway. Investigators say her injuries are consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
