St. Paul Police Release New Photo of Person Sought in Lower Landing Park Tree Vandalism Investigation

SAINT PAUL MN: The St. Paul Police Department has released a new image of the person investigators believe is responsible for damaging 24 trees at Lower Landing Park last month.
According to police, the newly released photo was captured at approximately 5 a.m. on July 5 near the intersection of 4th Street East and Minnesota Street in downtown St. Paul.
Investigators describe the individual as a white male between 35 and 50 years old. At the time, he was reportedly wearing an orange T-shirt with white lettering, black shorts, gray shoes, and carrying a black backpack.
Police believe the man shown in the image is connected to the damage of 24 trees in Lower Landing Park and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.
