St. Paul Police Seek Public's Help Identifying Man After 24 Trees Damaged at Lower Landing Park

SAINT PAUL: The St. Paul Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a man believed to be responsible for damaging 24 trees at Lower Landing Park earlier this month.
According to police, the damage occurred at Lower Landing Park, 200 Warner Road, and surveillance footage captured the individual just after 5 a.m. on July 5.
Investigators describe the person as a white male believed to be between 35 and 50 years old. At the time, he was wearing an orange T-shirt with white lettering, black shorts, gray shoes, and was carrying a black backpack.
Police believe the man shown in the surveillance image may be responsible for damaging the park's trees and are asking anyone who recognizes him or has information about the incident to come forward.
