A Burnsville man is facing a felony fugitive charge in Dakota County after authorities confirmed he is wanted in Oklahoma on serious drug trafficking allegations, with court records showing a multi-year case involving arrest, release, and a second arrest across state lines.

Three indictments and two criminal complaints were unsealed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Minnesota charging members and associates of the so-called “Family Mob” street gang with federal drug trafficking offenses, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota.
