A Minneapolis man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say he led officers on a dangerous high-speed pursuit through Eagan before crashing a stolen vehicle and fleeing on foot into the Minnesota River Valley.

Eagan Police were involved in two separate high-speed pursuits Thursday afternoon, February 19, 2026, both resulting in arrests, and a large multi-agency search effort that stretched across city and county lines.

27-year-old Aaron Matthew Mensing, a resident of Woodbury, Minnesota, has been charged with felony harassment (engaging in stalking) following a series of incidents that began in March and culminated in a significant police response at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club on June 27, 2024.
