St. Paul Man Arrested in Fatal Hit-and-Run That Killed 58-Year-Old Woman

SAINT PAUL MN: St. Paul Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred near Rice Street and Pennsylvania Avenue West in February.

According to police, the incident happened on February 16. The victim, identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office as 58-year-old Lisa Giuere of St. Paul, suffered severe injuries and was transported to Regions Hospital. She later died from those injuries on February 22.

Authorities announced that early Friday morning, officers located and arrested a suspect in the case. Police also recovered the vehicle believed to have been involved in the crash.

The suspect, identified as Terrell Frye, 34, of St. Paul, has been booked into the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center on a charge of criminal vehicular homicide.

Police credited members of the public for assisting in the investigation, thanking those who submitted tips and shared information following the crash.
