Work-Related Accident at Thomson Reuters in Eagan Results in Fatality; Investigation Ongoing

EAGAN, MINNESOTA – Authorities are investigating a tragic workplace accident that resulted in a fatality on Tuesday evening, November 18th, at the Thomson Reuters facility located at 525 Wescott Road in Eagan, Minnesota.
According to the Eagan Police Department, officers and the Eagan Fire Department were dispatched to the business at approximately 6:45 p.m. on November 18, 2025, following a report of a work-related incident. When first responders arrived, they confirmed that one individual had died as a result of the accident.
Few details about the circumstances surrounding the incident have been released, as the investigation remains active. The Eagan Police Department is leading the investigation, with support from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which routinely investigates workplace fatalities to determine whether any safety violations or hazards may have contributed.
