BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA – A semi-truck rollover caused traffic disruptions late Wednesday morning, November 25, 2025, after the driver struck a guardrail and rolled over on westbound Highway 13 near Portland Avenue.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, troopers were dispatched to the crash at 11:22 AM on Wednesday. When they arrived, they found that a semi-trailer traveling westbound had struck the guardrail, causing both the truck and the trailer to overturn. No other vehicles were involved. Despite the dramatic scene, authorities confirmed no injuries to the driver or any bystanders.

The crash forced the temporary shutdown of westbound Highway 13 at Portland Avenue as crews worked to upright the vehicle, clear the roadway, and assess the damaged guardrail. The road was reopened to traffic around 12:45 PM.

Responding agencies included Burnsville Fire, Burnsville Police, Minnesota State Patrol, and MnDOT, which assisted with traffic control and cleanup.

The State Patrol reports that the investigation into the rollover remains open as they work to determine what caused the semi-truck to clip the guardrail.
