LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA - Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 28, 2026, Limitless Media received reports of police activity at Dysart Place and 171st Street involving Lakeville Officers and the Minnesota BCA.

According to the Lakeville Police Department, officers were requested by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) to assist with investigative activity at a residence in the 17100 block of Dysart Place. Lakeville police confirmed their role was limited to providing assistance at the BCA’s request and referred all additional questions to the state agency.

Authorities did not indicate whether any arrests were made or whether there is an ongoing threat to the public. As a result of the execution of the search warrant, residents in the area may have noticed an increased police presence.
