Four Injured in Eagan Crash Involving Semi and Sedan at Lexington Avenue and Gemini Road

EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Four people were transported to the hospital following a crash involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle late Saturday night, July 12, 2025, in Eagan.

According to the Eagan Police Department, the collision occurred at approximately 10:06 p.m. at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Gemini Road. The initial crash report states that a semi-truck was traveling southbound on Lexington and attempting to turn east onto Gemini when it failed to yield the right of way to a northbound Honda sedan.

The sedan, which had four occupants, collided with the semi during the turn. All four individuals inside the Honda sustained injuries of varying severity and were transported by emergency personnel to Regions Hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released.

The driver of the semi-truck sustained minor injuries but declined medical attention at the scene. Authorities cited the semi driver for failing to yield the right of way.

Emergency crews from the Burnsville Fire Department responded to assist with the incident alongside Eagan Police, Eagan, and MHealth medics.
