Longtime Allina Health EMS Paramedic Chuck Brady Dies

TWIN CITIES: Allina Health Emergency Medical Services announced the death of longtime paramedic and current EMS Inventory Technician Chuck Brady, remembering him for his years of dedicated service to patients, coworkers and the communities he served.
According to Allina Health EMS, Brady joined the organization in 2009 when it began providing emergency medical services to the Apple Valley, Lakeville and Farmington area. Before joining Allina, he started his EMS career with Bloomington Rescue and also served for several years as a volunteer firefighter with the Apple Valley Fire Department.
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of longtime paramedic and current EMS Inventory Technician Chuck Brady," Allina Health EMS said in a statement.
The organization said its thoughts and prayers are with Brady's family, friends and the many people whose lives he impacted throughout his career.
Allina Health EMS said it has been in contact with Brady's family and shared the announcement with their permission. Information about memorial services will be released when available and with the family's approval.
The agency said flags at its EMS bases will be flown at half-staff and team members will wear mourning bands in Brady's honor. Support resources have also been made available to employees during this difficult time.
Allina Health EMS thanked the community for its support and for sharing memories and stories about Brady, encouraging everyone to continue looking out for one another.
The organization also reminded anyone experiencing mental health challenges that help is available through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
