A Minneapolis man is facing a felony first-degree carjacking charge in Dakota County after authorities allege he threatened a man with a knife, assaulted him, stole his vehicle from a salvage yard in Rosemount, and later led officers on a multi-agency pursuit through several metro communities before crashing in West St. Paul.

Two people were injured in a house fire Wednesday evening in Cottage Grove, according to the Cottage Grove Fire Department.

A serious crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV on Highway 61 at 70th Street in Saint Paul Park left one woman with life-threatening injuries and led to the arrest of a 70-year-old man suspected of driving while intoxicated.

Two of the three suspects from the armed robbery and short pursuit in Apple Valley, Minnesota, late Tuesday night have been identified.
