Eagan Police Arrest Suspect After Weapons Call on Rahn Road

EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Eagan Police responded to a report of a weapons incident Friday evening in the 4100 block of Rahn Road.

According to the Eagan Police Department, officers were dispatched around 5:25 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to 4158 Rahn Road, the Boulder Court Apartments, after receiving a report of a weapons call. When officers arrived, the suspect fled the scene but was later located nearby and taken into custody.

Police say the suspect was transported to the Dakota County Jail, where they face charges of felony second-degree assault, misdemeanor domestic assault, and misdemeanor fleeing a peace officer. It appears the suspect has been released from jail pending further investigation.

According to the Eagan Police Department, Apple Valley Police, and their K9 assisted at the scene of this incident.

Eagan Police did not report any injuries resulting from this incident.
