A 16-year-old male from Eagan has been charged with four felony counts of threats of violence (intent to terrorize) in connection with a series of online threats directed at multiple Dakota County high schools, according to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office.

The Lakeville Police Department has taken a juvenile into custody following online threats of violence directed toward two schools in the district.

A 17-year-old male was taken into custody Sunday evening following a reported altercation at Knob Hill Park that may have involved a firearm, according to Lakeville Police.

A weapons-related incident in Eagan on Monday evening, February 17, 2025, led to the arrest of two juvenile males after they allegedly brandished firearms at another driver.
