A Minneapolis man is facing a felony burglary charge after Minneapolis police say he was found inside a fenced commercial property in south Minneapolis during a reported burglary in progress, where the property owner later reported human feces had been left on the concrete floor inside the building, according to a criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County.
